One safety system, every stage of the trip

Safety is not a separate button. It runs from the moment a driver is checked to the moment you are dropped off, and every part of it works with the others.

Verified drivers Identity, driving licence and professional permit documents are reviewed by our team before approval — and checked again as they expire.
Checked vehicles Every car is registered and reviewed. Change the vehicle and it goes back for review before it carries anyone.
Trip PIN The trip cannot start until the driver enters your 4-digit PIN — so you are in the right car, and they have the right passenger.
Private numbers Passengers and drivers message each other in the app. Personal phone numbers are never shared.
Live, recorded route Your driver's position updates every few seconds, and every trip keeps a secure record of the route, the car and each stage.
Emergency SOS One tap alerts our safety team with your location and your trip, and notifies your emergency contacts.

In an emergency, call your local emergency number first — for example 112, 911 or 999, depending on your country. The in-app SOS makes sure KwiqQnekt knows as well, and gives our team your position and trip details.
